Questions
Before you book.
We teach children from age 2 upwards. Children as young as 2 work on water comfort and confidence. Structured swimming strokes begin around age 4 or 5 depending on the child's development. Every child is assessed individually at the first session.
Yes, parents are welcome poolside. For younger children particularly, having a parent visible can help settle nerves in early sessions. Your coach will guide you on what works best for your child.
Yes. You can pause or cancel the subscription with 7 days notice before your next billing date. We understand that life changes — there is no penalty and no lock-in period.
A swimming costume and a towel. Pool entry is included in the session fee. Do not bring armbands or floaties — we teach water confidence without them from the start, which produces better long-term swimmers.
