Coach Trizah
Children's Water Safety & Swimming Coach · Riverside Drive

Trizah understands that a two-year-old and a five-year-old are not the same swimmer, and she does not coach them the same way. Every session is built around where your child is — physically, emotionally, and developmentally — on that particular day. She knows how to turn nervousness into curiosity and curiosity into confidence, one small step at a time. Parents consistently say the same thing: they did not expect their child to love it as quickly as they did.

The curriculum
What your child learns
across 15 sessions.

The Tiny Bubbles programme is structured in three stages. No child moves forward until they are genuinely ready — not until they have performed a skill, but until they own it.

Stage One
Making friends with water — Sessions 1 to 5

Entry into the pool, breath control, splashing without panic, floating with support, and understanding the pool rules. The goal is not technique — it is comfort. A child who trusts the water learns everything else faster.

Stage Two
Water safety foundations — Sessions 6 to 10

Floating independently, rolling from face-down to face-up, reaching the wall from the water, safe pool entry and exit, and what to do if they fall in unexpectedly. These are life skills, not swimming skills.

Stage Three
Introduction to swimming — Sessions 11 to 15

Basic propulsion, kicking, arm movement, and breath coordination. By session 15, most children can move independently through the water for a short distance. All leave safer than they arrived.

For parents
Everything you need
to know before you book.
🔒
One-on-one, always
Every session is private. Coach Trizah's complete attention is on your child for the full 30 minutes. No shared sessions.
⏱️
30 minutes — by design
Young children fatigue quickly in the water. 30 minutes is the right length for ages 2 to 5. Sessions end before they should, not after.
📲
You hear from us after every session
Coach Trizah sends a WhatsApp update after each session — what your child worked on, what milestone they reached, what is coming next.
🌡️
Heated indoor pool
The pool at Executive Residence by Best Western is heated and indoor — comfortable for small children year-round.
🐢
We go at your child's pace
No child is pushed before they are ready. Sessions never involve force, panic, or pressure. Your child sets the tempo.
👀
Parents can watch
You are welcome to observe every session. Trizah will advise on whether your presence helps or creates distraction for your child.

Questions
What parents always ask.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends swimming lessons can begin as early as age 1. At 2, most children have the physical and cognitive readiness to begin water familiarisation and basic safety skills.
It is one of the most common starting points. Trizah has worked with children who would not go near the pool edge and helped them become confident, independent movers in the water. Tell us in the booking form and Trizah will structure the first sessions accordingly.
Yes. You are welcome at every session. Trizah will let you know after the first session whether your presence is helping or creating distraction. Either way, you will have full visibility via the post-session WhatsApp update.
Young children's attention and physical stamina in the water is limited. 30 minutes is the optimum session length for ages 2 to 5 — long enough to make meaningful progress, short enough that the child leaves wanting more.
It happens. Young children have good days and hard days. Trizah adjusts on the day — sometimes the right session is a gentle one. You will always know via the post-session update exactly what happened and what the plan is for next time.
A swimsuit and a towel. Goggles are welcome but not required in the early sessions — Trizah will advise on timing. Everything else is confirmed before the first session via WhatsApp.
Yes. Pool charges are included in both the trial session and the full programme. There is nothing extra to pay on the day.
