Forever Athletic is a sports coaching platform based in Nairobi, Kenya. We offer private coaching in swimming, personal training, and outdoor adventure sports, and we feature partner programmes from Karori Tours. Our website is foreverathletic.life.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when booking or enquiring:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Payment information — processed securely via Paystack (we never store card details)
• Programme preferences, scheduling preferences, and fitness goals
• For children's programmes — child's name, age, and health information provided by a parent or guardian
• WhatsApp conversation history when you message us directly

We also collect basic analytics data automatically when you visit our website, such as device type and pages viewed.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm bookings
• To schedule and communicate about sessions via WhatsApp
• To send session reminders and progress updates
• To respond to enquiries, including via our automated WhatsApp assistant
• To improve our services and personalise your experience
• To send relevant programme information — you can opt out at any time

4. WhatsApp & Automated Messaging

When you provide your WhatsApp number during booking or message us directly, we use it to send booking confirmations, session reminders, and respond to enquiries. Our platform uses an AI-powered assistant to handle initial WhatsApp enquiries. You can always request to speak to a human directly and we will respond personally.

5. Payment Processing

All card and M-Pesa payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card or bank account details. Paystack's own privacy policy governs payment data. For direct M-Pesa payments to Karori Tours, Safaricom's privacy terms apply.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Coaches — your booking and relevant health details are shared with your assigned coach to enable safe, personalised sessions
• Karori Tours — for bookings made via our platform for their programmes
• Service providers — including Paystack, Airtable, and Meta (WhatsApp), each operating under their own data agreements
• Legal authorities — where required by Kenyan law

7. Children's Data

For children's programmes such as Tiny Bubbles, all personal data is collected from and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 (Section 33) and the Children Act Cap 586. We process children's data only to the extent necessary to deliver the programme safely.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you are an active client and for up to three years thereafter for record-keeping purposes, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to how your data is used
• Withdraw consent at any time
