What your first month looks like

Lessons 1–2: Comfort
Breathing, floating, and removing the panic response.
Lessons 3–5: Control
Body position, movement across the pool, and safe recovery.
Lessons 6–8: Independence
Swimming without assistance and entering the deep end safely.

Many students comfortably reach the deep end within 8–12 sessions.

Lessons are taught patiently and personally. Each session is adjusted to your comfort level and emotional pace. The goal is not to teach you fast - the goal is to teach you properly, so you never fear water again.
